10. Payment & Pricing

10.1 Payment Terms:

You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services in accordance with the pricing displayed on the Platform.

13. User Conduct & Indemnification

• Engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harmed the Platform or other users
• Repeatedly or willfully violated our policies

15.2 Your Right to Terminate:

You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon termination:

• Any outstanding payments remain due

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

Any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, are superseded by these Terms.

20. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
